This is the last Will and testament of me CHARLES BESWICK of Onehunga in the County of Eden and province of Auckland in New Zealand. Pensioner.
I give devise and bequeath all my real property wheresoever situate unto John Dickenson Jackson of Onehunga Settler and Arthur Guyon Purchas Clerk in trust for the joint and equal benefit of my three children EVA BESWICK LUKE BESWICK and CHARLES BESWICK or the survivor or survivors of them who shall attain the age of 21 years with full power to let sell exchange or otherwise deal with the said property as to them the said Trustees shall seem meet provided that in case of sale of the said property or any part thereof the proceeds of the sale shall be invested in such manner as the said trustees shall think fit for the purposes of this Trust and I thereby appoint the said John Dickenson Jackson and Arthur Guyon Purchas to be the guardians of my said children and Executors of this my said Will as witness my hand this seventeenth day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
